Responsibilities include obtaining vitals, assisting with procedures, documenting information, and ensuring efficient operations across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work with EMR systems.
• Certification options may be pursued after hire (CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, NRCMA or EMT/paramedic license).

Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient patient flow and escorts patients to exam rooms.
• Obtains vital signs and documents visit reason, allergies, and history.
• Assists MD/APP with procedures (ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, wound care, splinting).
• Maintains clean, stocked exam rooms and supports discharges and referrals.
• Communicates with patients and care team to support timely visits.
