Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eligible to write one of five eligible certification exams within six months.
• Certification required upon hire; EMT option may satisfy requirement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates efficient patient flow through the site and escorts patients to exam rooms.
• Obtains accurate vital signs per organization standards and documents visits.
• Interacts with patients in a professional, friendly manner and maintains confidentiality.
• Cleans and prepares exam rooms, stocks supplies, and supports MD/APP during procedures.
• Assists with referrals, transfers and discharge processes as directed by MD/APP.
