Adventist HealthCare's White Oak Medical Center seeks an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager for the IMCU. The role oversees quality clinical services, unit operations, and staff development while aligning with the hospital’s mission and budgetary goals.

You will lead a cohesive team, ensure evidence-based care, and report critical events promptly across shifts. Qualified candidates hold a nursing degree with Maryland licensure; BSN preferred, and supervisory experience is valued.

Qualificações

• Nursing degree required (Associate, Diploma or Baccalaureate).
• BSN preferred.
• Two years’ experience in the department area preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• Maryland state nursing license current.
• Certification in department area within the first year.

Responsabilidades

• Assure the delivery of quality department / clinical services per standards.
• Implement daily operations for unit with just-in-time adjustments.
• Assist Manager with department goals, budgets, and personnel.
• Collaborate with physicians to assure optimum patient care.
• Promote teamwork and inter-disciplinary collaboration.
• Develop evidence-based standards of care for area.
• Ensure adherence to standards and report significant events timely.
• Demonstrate positive customer service and professional image.

Formação académica

Associate/Baccalaureate Nursing Degree

BSN preferred
