Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Night Shift, Full-time RN for the IMCU department. Join a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate, evidence-based patient care and supporting safe transitions from hospital to home.

The role requires an RN license in Maryland (or multi-state Compact), BLS, and at least 1 year of acute care experience. Eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Certified BLS Provider from the American Heart Association required before hire.
• Maryland Board of Nursing RN license or multi-state Compact license before hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead compassionate, evidence-based nursing care with safety and quality focus.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions in real time and document precisely.
• Manage comprehensive discharge planning for safe hospital-to-home transition.
