Adventist HealthCare’s White Oak Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for the ICU. You will educate families, model best practices, and develop care plans while mentiring staff in patient-centered care.

The role requires a Maryland RN license, BLS, and 1+ year experience, with night shifts and a 3x12 schedule. Adventist HealthCare offers strong benefits and professional development opportunities.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Passing score on NCLEX.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Current Maryland State nursing license.
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area.

• Educate patients and family through the continuum of care.
• Serve as role models to Level I nurses and use electronic resources to support best practices.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adhere to ANA standards, and uphold Adventist HealthCare values.
• Use equipment and technology correctly and delegate non-nursing duties appropriately.
