The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in hospital nurse leadership, CVICU experience, and a current Maryland or compact license. A BSN is required within one year of hire, with no weekend shifts in this role’s schedule.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Hospital Nurse Leadership experience.
- Recent bedside experience is REQUIRED.
- At least 2 years of CVICU experience.
- MD RN license or a compact state license which could be endorsed in Maryland in 60 days of hire.
- BSN degree within one year of hire.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily resources to ensure quality service to all patients and their families.
- Support the Nurse Manager in ICU operations and staffing.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and mentorship of nursing staff.
