You will collaborate with physicians and the health care team to ensure age-appropriate patient care, promote teamwork, and implement evidence-based standards of care.

The role requires leadership, scheduling, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate holds an RN license with a nursing degree and may have supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in nursing (Associate, Diploma or Baccalaureate).
• Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assure delivery of quality department/clinical services per standards.
• Implement daily unit operations to match patient needs with resources.
• Assist Manager with department operations, budgeting, and goals.
