Corewell Health Trenton Hospital seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC). The role leads clinical operations, ensuring patient‑centered care, safety, and high-quality outcomes on evenings with 40 hours weekly.

You will collaborate with physicians, RNs, and multidisciplinary teams, while fostering staff development and performance improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, acute‑care setting.

Qualifications

• BSN required; two years of clinical experience preferred.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• ACLS within 6 months of employment required.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) under nursing leadership.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers and other teams.
• Mentor, onboard and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
