Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance work with the assistance of technical support.
• Maintains timely and effective communications with management and customers to elevate issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Performs installations and de-installations of products and a wide variety of peripheral equipment with some assistance.
• Maintains daily administrative duties and travels as required.
