Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Minimum one year of field service experience.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance work with assistance from technical support.
• Installs and de-installs products and peripheral equipment with some assistance.
• Maintain customer relations and timely communications with management.
• Complete administrative duties including timecards, work orders, and QA/RA records.
