Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance with assistance of technical support.
• Installs and de-installs products and peripheral equipment with some assistance.
• Maintains timely communications with management and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Completes administrative duties and paperwork per policy.
