Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of field service experience.
• Ability to operate test equipment (scope, meter, diagnostic testers).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance with technical support.
• Works independently on preventive maintenance but may need help with unscheduled tasks.
• Performs installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment.
• Maintains relationships with field personnel, home office, and management.
• Keeps accurate and timely administrative records and reports.
