Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation in the Boston area seeks an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform preventive maintenance, installations and related service on diagnostic imaging systems within a defined region. You’ll collaborate with field personnel and management to ensure timely, high‑quality service and strong customer relations while adhering to FDA and ISO 13485 standards.

Qualifications

Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science, or equivalent experience.
Minimum one year of field service experience.
Knowledge of equipment to provide timely repair and maintenance.
Excellent listening and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain paperwork to FDA and company standards; strong organizational skills.
Analytical and effective communicator; able to explain technical issues clearly.
Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
Performs unscheduled maintenance with assistance of technical support.
Installs and de-installs products and peripheral equipment with some assistance.
Maintains excellent relations with field personnel and management.
Keeps administrative duties updated, including timecards, work orders, and QA/RA tasks.
Maintains customer communications for resolution and follow‑up.
Travels as required and may work overtime.
