Job summary

Philips is seeking an Field Service Engineer for Imaging Systems in Rapid City, SD. The role trains and supports installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of imaging equipment at customer sites, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and meeting commitments.

You will join a regional team, prepare and process service documentation, and travel frequently (about 70% of the time). A electronics background and hospital-based field service exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Experience with CT, MR, or DXR imaging equipment preferred.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Manage administrative tasks (timesheets, service orders, PMs, FCOs, installation docs).
• Travel ~70% within geography; some overnight travel may be required.
• Work in hospital/healthcare environments and adhere to safety requirements.
