Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service professional to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites. You will ensure timely responses, meet commitments, and generate service revenue while adhering to regulatory requirements.

You will travel about 70% within the designated geography, with occasional overnight trips and varying shifts to support hospital-based tech support needs. This role requires strong electronics, mechanical, and networking skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in diagnostic imaging service (field or hospital) or 4+ years in other electromechanical industries.
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install/diagnose/repair equipment.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and manage on-site equipment installation, troubleshooting, service, and maintenance.
• Complete required admin tasks (timesheets, service orders, PMs, FCOs, installation docs) per regulations.
• Travel across the specified geography (~70%), with occasional overnight and air/train travel.
