Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Imaging Systems in Rapid City, SD. You will install, troubleshoot, service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 1+ year imaging service experience or 3+ years in electromechanical fields, CT/MR/DXR familiarity, and strong diagnostics with electronic, mechanical, and networking skills. Travel about 70% with 1–4 hours driving per day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience (field or hospital-based) or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Preferred CT/MR/DXR imaging experience.
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting commitments and arrival times to address needs.
• Understand customer business and generate service revenue.
• Participate with regional work team and improve processes and training gaps.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, installation and related tasks; diagnose and resolve issues.
