Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Medical Imaging in San Antonio, TX. You will install, troubleshoot, service and maintain ultrasound, MRI, CT or nuclear medicine equipment at customer sites, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction.

You’ll travel roughly 70% within the geography, perform PMs and FCOs, handle administrative tasks, and pursue training to broaden modality qualifications; requires 2+ years imaging service or 4+ years electromechanical, associate degree in electronics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Preferred experience in Ultrasound, MRI, CT, and/or nuclear medicine equipment.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer relationships.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, installation documents and all related paperwork.
• Travel approximately 70% within the geography; 1–4 hours daily driving; occasional overnight travel.
