Job summary

Philips Field Service Engineer – Imaging Systems is responsible for installing, diagnosing and maintaining imaging equipment at customer sites with heavy travel. Expect to manage service work orders and regulatory paperwork while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1+ years in imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical fields, with an Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Ability to install, diagnose, and repair imaging equipment including CT/MR/DXR.
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Manage service orders, regulatory paperwork and timely reporting.
• Travel ~70% to sites; participate in on-call rotations and weekends as needed.
• Collaborate with regional team to improve processes and training gaps.
