Qualifications

• 2+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 4+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Experience with Ultrasound, MRI, CT, or nuclear medicine equipment preferred.
• Ability to apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.
• Must meet physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements; flexible hours and PPE for radiation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing needs and generating service revenue.
• Collaborate with regional team to improve processes and identify training gaps.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, installation and related documentation per regulations.
• Resolve electronic, network, and mechanical problems using required tools.
• Travel approximately 70% across the geography with 1–4 hour daily drives; occasional overnight travel.
