Job summary

Philips is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Imaging Systems to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites across Kansas City, KS/MO. The role requires strong electromechanical skills and imaging knowledge, with about 70% travel and occasional overnight travel.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and revenue, adhere to regulatory requirements, and support multiple modalities across imaging systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in diagnostic imaging service or 3+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Ability to install, diagnose, repair and maintain imaging equipment.
• Knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and networking theory.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage service revenue opportunities.
• Complete PMs, FCOs, installation and related paperwork within regulatory timelines.
• Travel across geography approx. 70%, including overnight stays when required.
