Job summary

Philips Field Service Engineer - Medical Imaging (Northwest) installs, troubleshoots, services and maintains imaging equipment at customer sites nationwide, with a focus on Northern California, Washington and Oregon. Expect extensive travel (about 90%) and overnight trips to support field operations and customer needs.

The role requires 1+ year imaging service experience or 3+ years electromechanical service, an associate degree in electronics or related field, and strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• 1+ years of diagnostic imaging service experience or 3+ years in an electromechanical service environment.
• Experience supporting diagnostic X-Ray, Cath Labs, or Image-Guided therapy equipment is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to apply electronics, mechanics and networking principles to install, troubleshoot and repair complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by setting clear expectations and resolving issues efficiently.
• Travel extensively (approximately 90%) to support customer sites and territory within Northwest.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and network-related system issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance, installations, and corrective service within required timeframes.
• Accurately document timesheets, service work orders, expenses, PMs, FCOs and other compliance tasks.
