Qualifications

• 1 year of previous call center, operator, dispatching, or related office experience required.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls to ordering providers when imaging studies have a critical result.
• Serve as first line contact for radiologists, providers, and nursing staff regarding urgent imaging findings.
• Review reports and notify patients and referring physicians via Epic secure chat, e-fax, and in-basket messaging.
