Piedmont Healthcare is hiring for an Imaging Call Center role on-site at Atlantic Station, GA. You will ensure timely communication of imaging results, coordinate patient care with radiologists and providers, and support daily operations across imaging workflows.

The role requires 1 year of call center or related office experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong customer service skills for urgent findings and scheduling tasks.

Mansioni

• Answer, locate, and direct calls for imaging with critical results.
• Serve as first line contact for urgent imaging findings with radiology staff.
• Review reports and notify patients and referring physicians via Epic chat and e-fax.
• Maintain critical results tracker to ensure timely communication.
• Verify MRI safety for outpatients with implants and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate outside imaging for exam correlation using Powershare.
• Support Imaging Call Center daily operations with basic office tasks.
