Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta (Atlantic Station) is seeking an Imaging Call Center Associate to ensure timely communication of imaging results and coordinate patient care. This on-site role supports radiologists, providers, and patients, handling urgent findings with discretion and efficiency.

The position requires 1 year of call center/office experience and a GED/HS diploma, with a 3p-11:30p schedule, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 1 year of call center, operator, dispatching, or related office experience required.
• GED or HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route calls to ordering providers when imaging studies have a critical result.
• Serve as first line contact for radiologists, providers, and nursing staff regarding urgent imaging findings.
• Review reports and notify patients and referring physicians via Epic secure chat, e-fax and in-basket messaging.
