NorthBay Health is seeking an Imaging Support Specialist to obtain billing documentation and authorizations for all patient imaging exams in the clinic. You will interview patients or representatives to secure accurate demographic and insurance information and verify eligibility and benefits for the payor.

Scheduling exams across multiple modalities, routing calls on the switchboard, and managing daily workflow.

Competenze

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws and guidelines.
• 1+ year clerical experience in a medical office setting, preferably radiology.
• Exquisite customer service, strong typing (35 wpm), data entry and math skills.
