Vail Health is seeking a meticulous Admitting/Pre-Registration Clerk to support outpatient scheduling and patient intake. You will verify demographics and insurance, create Pre-Registration encounters, and coordinate with staff to ensure accurate data and smooth scheduling.

• Documents contact attempts and schedules follow-up calls; coordinates with staff when out of the office.
• Demonstrates strong communication and phone etiquette; prior admitting or clerical experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
