Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette as described.
• Previous admitting or clerical experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Schedule outpatient imaging and cardiopulmonary testing efficiently.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details for pre-registration.
• Answer incoming calls and take complete messages; redirect as needed.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and schedulers to maintain continuity.
