Strong communication and phone etiquette are essential to coordinate with clinic staff and ensure accurate scheduling.

Prior admitting or clerical experience is preferred, and familiarity with medical terminology is a plus. This on-site role offers housing programs and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient demographics and insurance details to create Pre-Registration encounters for scheduled procedures.

• Document contact attempts and select appropriate dates for follow-up calls, coordinating with staff during absences to keep scheduling active.
