Job summary

The Millennium Group (TMG) is seeking an Imaging Associate to perform general imaging and administrative tasks in support of client operations. You will image capture documents by scanning into workflow systems and prepare mail for routing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Under supervision, you will handle mail sorting, scanning preparation, and data entry tasks, contributing to efficient processes for Fortune 500 clients and institutions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicant should be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• General computer knowledge (data entry) is needed.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater.
• 1-2 years of office services related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opening and sorting mail items.
• Identifying and processing priority mail.
• Preparing mail items for scanning.
• Scanning documents into the workflow.
• Processing all new requests received into the company, including courier-delivered mail.
• Assist in other areas of the process as needed.
