Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily imaging record requests and pull lists.
• Process medical record and imaging requests from patients, providers, and medical facilities.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with record inquiries.
• Send images and records electronically as requested.
• Research and locate patient records using multiple computer systems.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.
• Communicate professionally with patients, physicians’ offices, and healthcare facilities.
