Job summary

You will verify orders, prepare patients, and ensure proper positioning and shielding while maintaining patient safety and image quality. Responsibilities include data collection, consent verification, operating imaging equipment, and sending images to PACS for interpretation.

Qualifications

• Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology Program recognized by the ARRT.
• Strong leadership ability, good organizational skills, independent and critical thinking, and sound judgment.
• Clear communication of complex topics to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Produces radiographs of various anatomical parts and systems as directed by the radiologist.
• Collects patient data and verifies orders and consent.
• Positions patients and adjusts equipment to obtain diagnostic images.
• Sends images to PACS for interpretation and documents patient care in records.
• Maintains equipment and adheres to safety protocols.
