Responsibilities

Process mail and packages for multiple locations with confidentiality and accuracy.
Prepare outgoing mail using inserter/scanner per guidelines; manage returns per procedures.
Manage time, meet deadlines, and coordinate with vendors on updates and issues.
Index and image documents, including legal/regulatory items, for retrieval.
Perform local courier runs and support other related duties as assigned.
Maintain risk awareness and adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
