• Prepares outgoing mail using inserter and scanner processes per courier guidelines; sorts and communicates returned mail.
• Exhibits time management across multiple systems to meet deadlines and service levels.
• Scans legal and regulatory documents requiring indexing; imports and indexes for future retrieval.
• Performs local courier runs for delivery/pickup of mail.
• Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.
