Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled maintenance and some unscheduled service within the service area, coordinating with technical support and the Area Service Manager to maintain diagnostic imaging systems.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, administrative discipline, and the ability to work independently on preventative maintenance, with potential overtime and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of previous field service experience.
• Must maintain FDA and company paperwork to standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance as directed.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance with technical support.
• Install and de-install products and peripheral equipment with some assistance.
• Maintain communications with management and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete administrative duties including timecards and service reports.
