Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled service work on imaging systems within a defined area, with some unscheduled tasks supported by technical staff. The role requires independent maintenance capability and regular travel to customer sites.

You will handle installations, de-installations, admin duties, and ensure timely service records while promoting Fujifilm’s reputation with customers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of field service experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance as directed.
• Perform unscheduled maintenance with technical support.
• Maintain communications with management to elevate issues and customer concerns.
