Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Imaging Service Engineer I to perform scheduled service on imaging systems within a service area, with some unscheduled work supported by technical teams. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment while keeping strong customer relations and compliant documentation.

The role requires an associates degree or equivalent, 1+ year field service experience, solid technical skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of field service experience.
• Knowledge of assigned equipment to provide timely repair and maintenance.
• Good listening and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and ability to maintain FDA and company paperwork.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, able to explain technical issues clearly.
• Capable of operating test equipment (oscilloscope, meter, diagnostic testers).
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance as directed.
• Handle unscheduled maintenance with technical support.
• Work independently on preventive maintenance with assistance on some unscheduled tasks.
• Installations and de-installations of products and peripheral equipment.
• Maintain relations with field, home office, and management personnel.
• Complete administrative duties: timecards, work orders, training, QA/RA tasks.
• Maintain customer service records per Fujifilm policies.
• Ensure timely customer communication and follow-up for satisfaction.
• Escalate and conduct root-cause analysis for issues.
• Complete all paperwork neatly and promptly.
• Occasional overtime and travel as required.
• Promote Fujifilm image internally and externally.
