Job summary

Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to service medical imaging systems within a defined area, performing scheduled maintenance and some unscheduled work with technical support under guidance of the Area Service Manager.

The role requires an Associate's degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science and at least one year of field service experience, with valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electrical engineering, electronics or computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of field service experience.
• Knowledge of equipment to provide timely repair and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain FDA/company paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance with technical support.
• Operate test equipment (oscilloscope, meter) for diagnostic purposes.
• Maintain communication with management and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel as required and work odd hours/overtime when needed.
