Job summary

FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer I to service MRI/diagnostic systems in the Des Moines area. You’ll perform scheduled maintenance, handle some unscheduled repairs with support, and install or de-install equipment with guidance.

Travel and occasional overtime are expected, alongside maintaining strong customer relations and compliance with FDA and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in electrical/electronics or CS.
• One year of field service experience minimum.
• Ability to follow FDA/ISO compliance and maintain records.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs unscheduled maintenance with tech support assistance.
• Works independently on preventative tasks; may need help on unscheduled issues.
• Performs installations and de-installations of products and peripherals.
• Maintains communications with management and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Handles administrative duties: timecards, work orders, expenses, training, QA/RA.
• Travel may be required; overtime and odd hours possible.
