Job summary

Agfa US Corp is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage on-site and remote maintenance of Agfa imaging products, ensuring uptime and customer satisfaction. You will install, service, and troubleshoot hardware and software, coordinate with hospital IT, and support service offerings to grow the business.

You will travel 60-75% across US/Canada, interface with radiology staff and IT teams, document activity daily, and contribute to project execution and customer success while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or related imaging field.
• 5+ years in technical customer support for imaging systems (DR imaging preferred).
• Proven knowledge of digital medical image processing and PACS.
• Experience with Agfa software or similar PACS is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Install, remediate and perform preventive maintenance on Agfa imaging products.
• Communicate with hospital IT and end users to resolve issues and ensure uptime.
• Document service activities daily and manage customer issue lists.
• Escalate issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
