Job summary

Agfa-Gevaert is seeking a Field Service Engineer to manage and service AGFA DR imaging equipment at customer sites across the assigned territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, perform preventative maintenance, and validate installations in collaboration with project management and installation teams.

The role requires strong IT/networking skills, experience with PACS/RIS/EMR, and the ability to travel within the US. A technical degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technology field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all AGFA imaging equipment in assigned territory.
• Troubleshoot and repair DR imaging, perform preventive maintenance.
• Plan, install and validate installations with project teams.
• Assist sales in identifying DR prospects and provide technical support.
• Interface with hospital IT and vendors to resolve issues.
