Job summary

Agfa Radiology Solutions, a leading imaging and healthcare IT provider, seeks a Field Service Engineer to manage on-site maintenance of AGFA DR/imaging products across assignments in the US. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and support installations to ensure patient care continuity.

Applicants should have 5+ years field service in x-ray environments, strong IT/networking skills, and ability to travel within the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct field work in a technical customer support role with x-ray equipment.
• Experience with DR/imaging systems and hospital IT environments is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and installation planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all AGFA imaging equipment in assigned territory, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Provide feedback on technology performance and design issues to product teams.
• Plan and validate installations with project management and install teams.
• Support pre- and post-sales activity with technical guidance to drive customer satisfaction.
• Escalate DR/IMAGING issues per processes and keep customers informed.
