Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical customer support for imaging systems.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Able to travel overnight 60%–75%, within US/Canada.
• Experience with HL7 and DICOM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, remedial and preventive maintenance of Agfa imaging products and other OEMs.
• Review equipment operation with the customer to meet training obligations during installation.
• Provide system administration and rapid response to hardware/software issues to maximize uptime.
• Interface with hospital IT staff, end users, vendors to develop technical solutions.
• Ensure maximum uptime, performance, and efficiency of all Agfa systems.
• Install software/hardware and perform performance analysis as needed.
• Document service activities and manage customer issue lists daily.
• Escalate issues and keep customer/management informed on status.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and implementation activities as needed.
