Job summary

Chicony America, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our North America customer base from Irvine, CA, and Austin, TX. This hunter role will take opportunities from first meeting to mass production, coordinating with engineering, program management, and operations across the U.S.

and Asia. You will build a robust pipeline, lead negotiations, and translate customer needs into winning technical proposals. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B electronics sales or related field.
• Proven ability to win new accounts and meet revenue targets.
• Understanding of hardware product lifecycle: design-in, NPI, qualification, mass production.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and win design-in opportunities for camera systems and imaging solutions across multiple industries.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline from prospecting to RFQ, quotation, and contract.
• Develop relationships with engineering, sourcing, and executives at OEM/ODM customers.
• Lead pricing, including NRE, volume pricing, and supply agreements.
