Job summary

Imaging Brands Inc. seeks an experienced International Sales & Business Development Manager to strengthen our distributor network and expand presence in key markets.

You will manage international distributors, dealers, and strategic accounts, building strong relationships and driving profitable growth. This hands-on role blends sales, strategic planning, training, and cross-functional coordination, with travel about 10% and close collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• At least three years of successful B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Experience in consumer products, specialty retail, ecommerce, photography or video preferred.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial approach with ability to execute strategy and hands-on work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international sales strategies for profitable, sustainable growth.
• Build trusted relationships with distributors, sub-dealers, retailers, ecommerce partners, and other strategic accounts.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying new products, channels, customers, and market opportunities.
• Prospect for and establish relationships with new distributors, dealers, and strategic partners in underserved markets.
• Prepare persuasive sales proposals, product presentations, and training programs.
• Negotiate and manage distributor agreements, pricing structures, and related terms.
• Coordinate with distributors to ensure programs are executed on time and effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales tools, localized content for international markets.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
