Job summary

Ian Martin Group is seeking a Project Information Management Lead to oversee information management for a major capital project, ensuring controlled, current, and accessible project information for the team and contractors from day one through handover to operations.

You will lead the IM and document control team, enforce MDR/SMDR/DDM standards, train staff, and build the project Information Management Plan while providing dashboards to monitor performance and drive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in information management or document control.
• Hands-on experience with Aconex and SharePoint Online.
• Experience leading IM or document control teams.
• Experience on EPC/EPCM projects through execution and handover.
• Knowledge of metadata, taxonomy and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Run daily IM and document control in Aconex and SharePoint Online.
• Lead the IM and document control team, including a global support group.
• Maintain MDR, SMDR and DDM compliance across contractors.
• Train project team members on IM processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain the project Information Management Plan.
• Track IM performance with reports and dashboards and resolve issues.
• Plan document turnover from contractors to operations.
