Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a Project Information Management Lead to define information standards, governance, and EDM ownership across IMI projects.

The role can be based at our Granite City, IL headquarters or remotely, with a strong emphasis on optimizing project data and workflows. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in project management or controls, experience with EDM, and familiarity with Primavera P6, Procore, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, project controls, engineering, or construction/manufacturing operations.
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle data and workflows, including EDM and field operations.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms and EDM systems.
• Experience defining data requirements and translating business needs into system requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define critical information, data structures, and workflows for project delivery.
• Establish data standards, metadata, taxonomies, and retention rules for documents and data.
• Design EDM and project controls workflows integrated with the Digital Thread.
• Maintain system-of-record maps and govern changes across IMI entities.
• Pilot new information systems and iterate based on real project feedback.
