Job summary

iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a Project Information Management Lead to define information standards, governance, and the EDM across IMI projects.

The role will own enterprise document management and ensure authoritative project information is accessible to distributed teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Field Operations. The position can be based at our Granite City, IL headquarters or performed remotely from the United States, with priority on strong collaboration across IMI entities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, project controls, engineering, or construction/manufacturing operations.
• Deep understanding of project lifecycle data and workflows, including EDM and field operations.
• Hands-on experience with project management platforms or EDM systems such as Primavera P6, Procore, or ACC.
• Experience defining data requirements, designing workflows, and translating business needs into system requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with measurable impact on efficiency or quality.

Responsibilities

• Define critical information, data structures, and workflows to deliver projects successfully.
• Establish data standards, metadata, taxonomies, and retention rules for project documents and data.
• Design EDM and project controls workflows integrated with the Digital Thread.
• Maintain system-of-record map and govern changes across IMI entities.
• Define data definitions and workflow requirements for systems supporting project controls.
• Own and optimize the EDM platform, including access controls and collaboration.
• Pilot new information systems and iterate based on project feedback.
• Translate stakeholder pain points into implementable solutions.
• Monitor information systems and seek data quality and performance improvements.
