The Information Management Portfolio Lead (IMPL) supports the IM Advisor in the development and stewardship of the information management program, an integrated program for successful project delivery of information assets to customer organizations enabling them to maintain quality information assets for the full lifecycle of the represented facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of the purpose and intent of the Information Management program that supports the asset lifecycle.
• Familiarity with work processes which rely on Information Management practices in capital projects, operations, and manufacturing organizations (e.g., Engineering Design & Surveillance).
• Ability to influence project and asset stakeholders to manage multiple competing priorities and drive alignment.
• Ability to identify and deliver process improvement across the information lifecycle in best practices, Global Practices, and other core templates and procedures stewarded by the Information Management Center Of Excellence (IMCOE).
• Experience with the application of supporting processes / procedures that support management systems including or equivalent to Capital Project Management System (CAPS), Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS), Records Management Guidelines (RMG), and Management and Protection of Information (MPI).
• Awareness of current industry trends in Information Standards and Information Management related tools such as Electronic Document Management Systems, Data Warehouses, Design Systems and Digital Twins.

Experience Requirements:

• Supports the IM Advisor in new engagements for portfolios or projects in a geographical region.
• Works with project/portfolio-assigned IML/IMCs to promote standardization, governance and effective change management.
• Supports the IM Advisor in implementation of the integrated Information Management program including tools, processes, and resources.
• Monitor project portfolio and ensure timely engagement, implementation, and scaling of Information Management processes.
• Project IM resource planning
• Deployment and onboarding of IM resources.
• Aconex deployments, including configuration and feature updates
• Support Information Management Surveillance, KPI & health check assessments in Information Management engagements.
• Provide guidance to Project assigned Information Management Leads in planning and execution of Information Management processes.
• Collaboration with customer organizations to ensure alignment with customer requirements and understanding of user needs are addressed in Information Management program implementation.
• Supports development and updates of Information Management related best practices, Global Practices, templates and tools including the IM Implementation Guide.
• Provides feedback to IM Advisor regarding performance of tools and alignment with business needs.
