Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Analyst to lead the administration, design, and expansion of our enterprise identity governance program aligned with Oracle HCM as the authoritative source of identity data.

You will establish lifecycle governance, onboard applications, develop persona and role frameworks, implement JML processes, and partner with Cybersecurity, HR, IT, Audit, Compliance to deliver scalable IGA solutions that reduce risk and improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience.
• 3+ years with SailPoint administration/implementation.
• Experience integrating IGA with Oracle HCM or similar HR systems.
• Experience onboarding enterprise apps to IGA.
• Design RBAC and persona frameworks.
• Experience with regulated environments and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead identity governance program using SailPoint IGA.
• Administer SailPoint platform and governance processes.
• Integrate SailPoint with Oracle HCM and manage JML.
• Onboard enterprise apps, define provisioning models.
• Design enterprise persona-based access and roles.
• Support regulatory audits and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Cybersecurity and business stakeholders.
• Operate as an individual contributor in the team.
