Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation seeks a Senior Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Analyst to lead enterprise identity governance, design, and expansion across platforms including SailPoint and Oracle HCM.

You will partner with Cybersecurity, HR, IT, Audit and Compliance to deliver scalable, compliant identity solutions, while maturing joiner-mover-leaver processes and ensuring regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Cyber Security, IT, Risk Assessments, Privacy.
• 5+ years in Governance, Risk and Compliance; and Privacy.
• Certification(s) such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CIPP or similar privacy certifications.
• Experience applying security frameworks and regulatory requirements (NIST, GDPR, SOC2, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead Identity Governance Program initiatives and strategy.
• Administer SailPoint platform, workflows, certifications, provisioning, and policy enforcement.
• Integrate Oracle HCM with identity governance and implement JML processes.
• Onboard enterprise applications and define provisioning models and governance controls.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Cybersecurity, Compliance and stakeholders; provide governance metrics.
